I appreciate the professionalism and dedication that Renee and Lakeview Realty has to helping their clientele. They have helped our family buy one property and sell two others. Each transaction came with their own difficulties but Renee helped us navigate through and made the process easier than expected. I would definitely recommend Lakeview Realty group and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have dealt with many "professionals" in my life but none like Renee. Truly, she strikes the perfect balance between utmost professionalism and the personal touch. Renee is extremely thorough, exhaustively researches the market, has limitless energy and a very creative thought process. Words cannot adequately describe how knowledgeable she is about the area, how honest she is about what will work and why, and how persistent she is in getting what you want.....treating your needs like her own. Renee is very responsive - quick to return email and phone calls and super fast at answering any questions. She is full of energy and gives her honest opinion on the properties, positive and/or negative, and is very consistent with her very high quality of service. Finally, Renee has represented me on several closings, both as a buyer and seller's agent, and all were seamless transactions........I will never need to look for another Realtor. Thank-You!!!!!!

Amazing! A coworker who previously had a wonderful experience purchasing a home from Renee asked her if she had any connections in the rental market. Renee returned a list of 12+ homes, all in my price range. I contacted the office, and spoke to Cathy, who explained she didn't deal directly in rentals, but would be more than happy to assist. She met me AFTER HOURS to show me the home, and then contacted the rental office on my behalf to get the ball rolling. She even called two days later to make sure everything had gone smoothly and to see if I needed any further assistance! So often I've encountered Realtors who won't give you the time of day if you're "just a renter," but obviously Cathy knows as some point most renters aspire to be homeowners, and treats all with kindness and respect. I would be proud to give this company my future business , and will recommend this company to anyone looking for a great local Realty company who treat you with compassion, and get you the results you want quickly! I just wish there were more than 5 stars I could give!
