I choose to work with Mr. Lara because he seemed to me like a respectful, honest and decent person, and he definitely is. My expectations were not high nor low, kind of average because of my past experiences with other realtors, but Mr. Lara exceeded them. He is knowledgeable and is quick to answer any question when I text or e-mail him. I like the fact that the times we have gone to see properties he looks out for me and points out the wrong, faults or things that need to be fix or updated in the property.
