Hello, back in 2009 while living on Fort Lee, VA, I was preparing my family and I for my retirement from the United States Army and transition from military life. During these times it was very stressful dealing with change. One of the most important task we needed to complete was build our first family home. I immediately reached out to Reponzell Morris because I knew no one in my life more experienced in the real-estate market than Reponzell. The anxiety and the excitement all together of retirement and owning our own family home was overwhelming. My family and I had lived in Military housing for most of my military career and having our own was on the horizon. Reponzell at the time was located in Georgia and my family and I Virginia. Prior to listing our home, Nicole worked with us to understand current market conditions, confidently steered us through the home prep process, and orchestrated a winning listing strategy that met our needs.
