I have been in the Real Estate world as an Investor for 30 years now and Rex Malson is the best Realtor that I have ever worked with. Rex and I have been working together for the last 6 years doing a number of deals and every one has been a pleasure as they have closed on time or sooner with no problems as Rex works with the Title Companies. You wont find a more dedicated Realtor to work with.

I started buying and selling properties in 1990 and at times it was a real challenge. I met Rex in 2014 and buying and selling became so much easier. Rex is the most dedicated agent I've ever worked with as there are no problems, he makes sure all transactions go without any compilations as he is involved from start to finish. He does what others don't do and that is take care of his clients. Rex will be the only agent that I work with until I'm no longer involved in Real Estate.
