Roy interest in real estate began at age 9 when he started helping his father build and repair homes, farm buildings, and commercial properties through his construction business. He purchased his 1st rental property at age 18. He started his own construction business at age 20 and went on to purchase the local retail lumber and building center 9 yrs later.
