The moment Rey picked up the phone and we started talking I knew that doing business together would run smoothly. His listing looked great and he knew the details inside out. I had one Buyer in love and another who needed "time to get there" because she couldn't believe that this house was in their budget and updated so well. Great job on the reno!

I have worked with Rey Rocha three times in the last eight years and wouldn’t even consider hiring any other real estate agent in the Austin area. He’s able to handle delicate situations with an astounding amount of empathy and decorum while tackling all of the challenges that surround buying or selling a house with the ease of a true professional. We had a great experience with Rey recently when selling a house. From the moment he walked in the door at our first meeting, he was full of energy and had already done some research on the neighborhood. Not only did he immediately tell us what we needed to do to get top dollar, he also referred us to the resources to make it happen quickly. His attention to detail is next level. Even though we needed a full exterior paint job, new landscaping and some interior repairs, Rey made it all fall into place and the house was on the market in about 3 weeks. We accepted an offer within a couple of days! And even though we had a buyer get cold feet, thanks to Rey’s huge network and the awesome marketing his team does, we were under contract again within a day or two. Rey is top notch and his love of people and real estate shows. Real estate is all about relationships and it’s clear that Rey values this as much as we do. You definitely want him on your side of the table!
