His career began in entrepreneurship, with successful ventures in sales, marketing, and manufacturing before transitioning into real estate alongside his wife in 2008. Early on, he became an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and FSBO transactions. By 2010, Rhett earned his broker’s license and established Capital Realty Investment Group Inc., serving clients across South Tampa and neighboring markets.
Rhett’s investment background includes acquiring and renovating rental properties, apartment complexes, and distressed homes, offering his clients unique insight into maximizing returns.
