I’m so thankful that I met Ms. Rhiza because she was a blessing that helped me find our starter home after my military retirement. She is very caring and really knows what I want. Since we’ve worked with other agents before, I can say that Rhiza is the best and easiest to work with! The best decision my wife and I made was to have Rhiza onboard as our Agent. From Day 1 she advised us on the best course in the selling of our property. She used all the resources she had at her disposal to make sure that our property was shown as best as it was and was given the broadest exposure.
Even after we accepted an offer she was available at any time to answer any questions we had, to calm us down if we were stressed (at least my wife was). She was always in communication with us and to the Buyer's side with constant emails and calls

The decision to embark on the home buying journey is exciting, overwhelming, and stressful. Especially for first time buyers like my husband and I. We had started this journey over 5 years ago with another realtor who just didn't work out. We got so frustrated with it that we just stopped looking and figured perhaps buying a home wasn't for us. Fast forward 5 years and Rhiza was referred to us by very close friends who had worked with Rhiza in the purchase of their first home.

We knew immediately that Rhiza was different then the last realtor - she was attentive and listened to our wants/need/likes/dislikes/negotiables/and non -negotiables. She was patient and realistic. She never showed us a house (1) out of our price range or (2) in a neighborhood we specifically stated that we did not want to live in even if that meant we waited until homes popped up in the neighborhood of our choice.

Rhiza was NEVER pushy which was very refreshing. We extremely appreciative of how patient Rhiza was with us- one moment we loved a house the next moment we did not. One moment we had time to see a house the next moment we did not, one moment we had no questions, one moment we had a 100 questions and no matter what Rhiza responded, never making us feel as though we were bothering her. If we didn't understand something she always took the time to explain it thoroughly. She is very knowledgeable as it pertains to the real estate market which was very comforting for us.

The process for us took over a year and Rhiza never lost interest in assisting us, if anything I feel like the longer we went the more dedicated she became. She genuinely wanted to help us find the "perfect" first home for us and she succeeded. She personalized our experience with photos and videos for us to have.

The week after closing Rhiza was scheduled for a family vacation (which in my world means your out of office should be on) however, Rhiza was available and continuing to communicate with us to ensure we were in the loop.

Even after closing Rhiza was in contact and came by after our move in date to see how we had settled in and brought us house warming gifts. She could have easily just brought a gift card with card saying congratulations- but no she had taken additional time to select personalized gifts.

Rhiza was fantastic and we are ever so grateful for the level of dedication and commitment she provided.

Will pay it forward and refer Rhiza to our close friends/family or anyone who is looking for a realtor!

Mrs. Trinidad was our first real state agent. She helped us a lot. Buying a house was not easy but she was there to guide us all through the way.
