Rhonda Bartlam is a one of a kind realtor! In my lifetime, I have purchased and sold 8 homes in California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, ending with the purchase of my 9th home in Richmond Hill with Rhonda's help.

While most of my realtors were professionals that earned their commissions, none provided the personal commitment and service that Rhonda provided me. She truly demonstrated her commitment to to me as her client, making sure that my interests were served at every turn. While I was confident as an experienced buyer to assume some risks, Rhonda went above and beyond what I expected, and took her own initiative to investigate, research, and make sure that I did not buy myself a problem. Her advice and well written escalation clause offers ended up saving me $6000 from what I was willing to pay for the home I ended up purchasing.

I chose Rhonda to be my Realtor based on the outstanding service. she provided my girlfriend in the purchase of her townhome in Savannah December of last year. That home purchase took place entirely remotely, while we were living in Pittsburgh, PA. Rhonda would have "walk-though videos" made and provide them for any home my GF was interested in. She referred her to a local home financing firm that provided prequalification and the most competitive loan rate available. Rhonda made sure that my GF did not end up purchasing a a home in a dangerous or declining neighborhood.

I highly recommend Rhonda Bartlam to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. She will make it her mission to meet your objectives, and make them a reality. She truly cares about each of her clients on a personal level.

I have been married to Rhonda for 39 years. There are several things that have been constants throughout our entire marriage.They are all benefits to anyone who makes the decision to work with her as a realtor. Rhonda is not the average realtor. She’s real down to earth and we could tell right away that she cared about our family and our needs.
