She took all of my concerns seriously and spoke up and got my rent lower than the original amount. Rhonda wasn't our realtor, but she works closely with our realtor. Whenever our realtor was unable to show us a home due to scheduling conflicts, Rhonda was able to squeeze us in. Even when our realtor had a COVID exposure the day before our final walk though, Rhonda was able to fill in at the last minute to make sure we would be okay to close the next day. Thanks for your help, Rhonda!

I am so thankful for Rhonda! She stuck by me and helped me navigate through the process of buying a home during the toughest market ever. As a first time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect but she exceeded my expectations!! I was able to find the perfect starter house to make a home! I told her my “must have” was a house with a yard for my dogs and she made that happen for me as a 23 year old fresh out of college. An added bonus was that she found me a house in a waterfront neighborhood that only needed paint and flooring and I was all set! I am forever grateful!
