I was planning on moving to Wichita from South Carolina in mid 2021. Fortunately for me, the first realtor I met was Rhonda. I told her what I was looking for and she ended up showing me a house (ended up buying) later that afternoon! When I went back home to SC, Rhonda stayed in constant contact with me. I flew back up for the home inspection a week or two later, and Rhonda was at the house waiting for me! Two weeks later and I was closing on the house. She just went so above and beyond anything I would have expected a realtor to do that I can't thank her enough!

She also went beyond her services to make sure things were meeting our expectations with the house even after the paperwork was signed. I am happy to recommend Real Estate Agent Rhonda Castrisos. She assisted me with the purchase of my home in Andover, Kansas in 2020. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on many real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Rhonda is the best agent I have ever used.

Rhonda has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping her client’s best interests in mind. She does an excellent job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She research’s to help with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our after-hours business emails. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done correctly. I have the highest level of confidence in her. The transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. I had a few small issues following the close of the transaction and Rhonda had great follow through even though she had already been paid for the transaction. She followed up many times until the issues were resolved.

As mentioned above, she represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future real estate transactions, I will only have Rhonda represent me.

Rhonda is without a doubt the best realtor we have ever used! She provided us with staging tips and recommendations, stayed in close contact with us and was always responsive to our texts and phone calls. Her approach to listing and advertising could not have been better. We were amazed at the number of potential buyers scheduling tours and had a wonderful deal within 2 days.
