Rhonda Cook

With over 22 years of real estate experience, Rhonda Cook specializes in representing sellers at Reynolds Lake Oconee. She manages the Resale department along with a team of licensed specialists. Her clients always win when her experience is combined with training designations & awards such as Seller’s Representative Specialist, Luxury Home Specialist, Top Performing Team Award, 2021 Phoenix Award, and 2021 Lake Country Realtor Spirit Award. As an award-winning Realtor®, Rhonda has helped property owners sell 468 homes or home sites since 2015.

A lifelong Georgian, Rhonda and her husband, Robert, call Milledgeville home along with their two fur babies, Murphy, and Dexter. She loves animals and is an enthusiastic supporter of animal rescue and welfare. She volunteers for the American Cancer Society as a participant in the CPS III Study, The Cancer Action Network, and this year’s 40 Miles in May Challenge, where she walked sixty-five miles for fundraising.

Outside of work, Rhonda and Robert enjoy exploring for antique treasures, movies, music, entertaining friends, and evenings by the firepit. When time allows, they head down to their vacation home in Florida where she enjoys nothing more than socializing with friends and family, as well as boating and rafting the Santa Fe River.
