Rhonda Holt -Holder of Douglas realty was the 3rd realtor I used to sell my home. She was more informative, more professional, more responsive, more creative and most importantly more effective . She got several contracts on our house in 6 days. Reviewed the pros and cons of each contract and explained her suggested buyer in far more detail than 2 previous realtors. Once the contract was accepted she stayed in constant contact with us and the buyers agent to assure the deal wAs done. I strongly recommend Rhonda Holt Holder to my friends, family and associates.
