I originally got my real estate license and went into property management. I worked in property management as a Transaction Coordinator for 3 years. I did move in/out inspections as well as set up vendors to do the maintenance/repairs and remodels. I worked closely with Owners and Residents. I have viewed and inspected hundreds of homes in the valley. As a result, I know the Phoenix/metro areas as well as anyone!!

This position eventually led me into a full-time position as a REALTOR working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors. I LOVE all things that have to do with real estate. I do understand the local housing market and the importance of a smooth transaction. I also understand negotiation to get my Seller top dollar for their home as well as successful negotiation with buyers to have their offer accepted.
