We first met Rhonda because we wanted to look at a home she had listed. We weren't ready to buy at the time but we kept her contact information and knew we were going to call her when we were ready because she was such a pro! Fast forward a year and a half and we are now in our home that she helped us buy. She was everything we thought at that initial meeting - personable, professional, responsive and so very helpful! She listened to what we wanted and quickly set us up to receive only listings that might work for us. The search went so fast and her advice during the offer made the difference between getting the house and not. There were lots of offers and they picked ours. Where do I begin.. my wife and I were looking for a house for a while now and apart what we were approved for and what we wanted never matched up.. well it took a year for us to get our pre-approval where we wanted and finally got the house we loved.
The best part about all of this Rhonda has been absolutely so wonderful every step of the way. From being super patient with us a year ago to making sure we were comfortable with everything we went over and always in contact with us when we had questions. She goes over with you on what you want. And helps you look!! She makes sure you dont make mistakes on somethings you may want to do. Im am currently over seas on deployment right now and she made the process so easy for my wife and I like i was there the whole time. Trust me when I say this! Shes a wonderful person to work with and makes sure you get what you want from start to finish!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home in Derby Ks. I have bought and sold many properties, of my own, on my own / by owner. I have only dealt with 3 realtors ever in my 60 + years, and the 1st. 2 experiences were not all that pleasant. However Rhonda Lanier, ( a realtor ) was absolutely wonderful through out the entire process of purchasing the home that we just recently purchased. we fully intended to just call listing agents when looking at home to buy, and when we looked at a home that she ( Rhonda ) had listed, we intended to move on. at this point Rhonda asked if she could show us other properties, none that she had listed, but others that she found that peaked our interest, and were geared toward what we were looking for. She said she would be our buyers agent. I was at first a little reluctant, as she would confirm. But after her kindness, and very professional manner, and mild persistence, I and my wife agreed. Needless to say, this was a extremely wise choice on our part. I / we have nothing but total confidence and respect for Rhonda and all the efforts she put forth for us. There were so many extra things she checked into, and did for my wife and I during this process that were above and beyond what is probably her responsibility. She has kept in touch with us as well way past the time of our purchase, and closing. I truly believe she sincerely cares for us, and does for all the people she helps in a HOME buying, or selling process. Rhonda, Becky and I count you as a dear friend, not just a realtor / buying agent !!!
