My husband & I were referred to Miss Rhonda through a family member who retired from the real estate business. That should’ve been the first indication that Miss Rhonda was right for us, but it wasn’t. There was indication after indication that Rhonda was qualified, professional, & full of knowledge. She was patient with us. She made herself available to us for any questions or concerns we had. She never wasted our time trying to sell us anything we didn’t want or any property that was not in our budget. I know that she took time away from her family to ensure we didn’t miss out on anything that could become our dream home. When we placed our offer, she asked for more than we thought we could have, & we received!! The entire process of buying our home was so easy. I can only highly recommend Mrs. Liddell-Davis to anyone wanting a great experience!!

If you’re looking for a relator that is going to go over and beyond for you, here she is! Rhonda helped us find the perfect home and with such patience and compassion! After only a couple weeks of looking she knew exactly our taste and knew what to look for! She has the best/professional team to work with! Everything was prompt and accurate! Rhonda was GREAT, we couldn't ask for a better realtor. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had many questions. Rhonda patiently answered all of them. She expertly guided us through the buying process, and we felt almost no stress thanks to her efforts. She kept in touch with us during the ENTIRE PROCESS from our first realtor meeting through closing! There was never any pressure to buy and there was never any doubt that Rhonda was looking out for us.
She always waited patiently during walkthroughs and allowed us to come to our own decision. She would offer her professional advice and I always appreciated her honesty. She would also ask questions that we would never think to ask. She's a wonderful partner to have, especially if this is your first time buying or selling! During my final walkthrough for the home I purchased, Rhonda was on top of EVERYTHING!

OMG, where do I start?! Rhonda Liddell-Davis is an exceptional Realtor. Our Journey started in 2014 with Rhonda as I was in search for my very first home with my Husband Chris. Rhonda was knowledgeable, quick to respond with accurate information, compassionate, friendly and easy to work with. Life happened and I paused my searched for my first home. My Husband and I have been interested in investment properties since then and Rhonda continued to provide her Realtor expertise and consultation as listings popped up that we were interested in.

In 2018, we informed Rhonda that we were once again in the market to either buy or build a home for our family and she was right there by our side every step of the way. And when I say every step of the way, I mean just that. She was there every time we needed her and responded to my questions (which often came at night) promptly every single time. We went out in the rain, snow and cold with our little ones for eight weeks often from one end of town to the next before we found our dream home. I say all of this to say, Rhonda is THE ABSOLUTE BEST REALTOR I have experienced. I know a lot of Realtors and I will continue to choose Rhonda anytime I am looking for properties. I will also promote her to all of my friends, family and anyone I hear that is interested in buying or selling their home or interested in investment properties.
