Prior to establishing CENCOR and becoming a managing broker, Rhonda orchestrated the successful establishment of two (2) large-scale facilities, each providing over 400 jobs, in a rural/semi-urban region of Louisiana. She assumed comprehensive responsibility for these projects, overseeing diverse facets such as talent acquisition, governmental financial support, construction, vendor partnerships, training initiatives, and meticulous site evaluations. Contributing significantly to the expansion endeavors of multiple enterprises within the Louisiana rural/semi-urban landscape, she skillfully negotiates enticing incentives, devises comprehensive training and recruitment strategies for incoming personnel, and discern additional requisites for sustained business growth. She has also been instrumental in conceptualizing and advocating for state legislation aimed at bolstering business retention and expansion efforts. Having completed commercial real estate courses, she has worked in corporate relocation for both the expansion of industry, as well as representing employees during the relocation process, as well as serving as the disposition agent and tenant rep for national and international companies. Honored as the 2011 Realtor® Of the Year by the Central Louisiana Board of Realtors®, a testament to her exceptional contributions. Further accolades include the prestigious Mary Jo Hanover Award for Lifetime Achievement in Economic Development bestowed by LIDEA. She has earned the CEcD (certified economic development designation from IEDC), the AHWD, CRB, PSA, and RENE real estate designation and certifications and uses the knowledge and skills earned in those courses almost daily for the benefit of her clients.
