Being an empty nestor and working in Telecommunication, I came to the concluson that I needed to do something with my income. My thoughts, buy and flip houses, as well as, purchase rental property. That being my goal, I decided to take a real estate course so I would be an informed investor. However, those goals changed and during class one night, I decided I want to be a Real Estate Professional. I want to help people accomplish their dreams and their visions in regards to real estate. My career begin in 2006 when I received my license from The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. I have no regrets about leaving the traditional job market. I LOVE what I do! Real Estate is a industry that affords you the opportunity to meet peope from all walks of life. You're also presented with creative ways to help people with life changes. Such as, First Time Home Buyers, Empty Nestors and connecting people to experts when restructuring of mortgages are needed. I have experience in the following programs; the Native American Home Loan ( Section 184), Veteran Loan, RD (USDA Rural Development), and working with Tribal Government that purchase homes for their citizens through aquisition or provide downpayment assistance through their Mortgage Assistance Program ( MAP ). I've recieved awards acknowledging the salesmanship. I am a member of Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce, Northeastern Oklahome Real Estate, National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Oklahoma Association of REALTORS (OAR) and the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors (GTAR). The areas that I serve are Okmulgee, Bixby,Tulsa, Jenks, Glenpool, Sapulpa, Sand Springs and Broken Arrow.
