Firstly, let me say that I am a difficult but fair client and do not hand out recommendations lightly or just because I am asked to. My journey into selling my condo began in 2019 when, shockingly, after three months on the market, I did not get a single offer. Again, in 2021, I put my condo on the market but it didn’t stay on long because my agent fired me! In 2022, having now gone through 3 real agents, 2 attempted listings, and wanting desperately to make a change and leave the Seattle area, I turned to a former yoga student of mine named Rhonda Smith. Rhonda was a relatively new real estate professional who began marketing to her contacts through occasional emails. Despite my concerns of reaching out to someone I had known in a different capacity, I decided to connect with Rhonda in early March 2022. I was rather ‘salty’ from my prior real estate agent experiences, and I came in pretty hot. At the time of that first call, I did not think I was even in a position to list and leave Seattle. However, the next 45 days would reveal a different story. By mid March, Rhonda and I were now meeting in person and beginning to work with fierce determination to get my condo ready to list so that I could begin my out of state move. Because I had no help and no car, Rhonda stepped in to help me make it happen, including picking me up, dropping off, helping run quick errands, driving to my property managers office in another county to grab key fobs, dropping off Wi-Fi equipment, tackling tricky maintenance projects herself first to save me money,, and even emptying out the personal contents that I had to leave behind because they wouldn’t fit into my car. She repeatedly went above and beyond to help me realize my goals while meeting every deadline to get the condo listed. Suffice it to say, when the condo went on the market 7 April, it sold in 24 hours, 10% over asking, 0 contingencies and a 21 day closing. Rhonda also assembled an amazing professional team (stagers, transactional assistant and title-escrow company Ticor Title) who made an out of state seller breeze through the offer pending and closing process, while remaining continuously available to me whenever I had questions, comments or or concerns. And believe me, I had plenty! We even closed 2 days early and the settlement proceeds are already in my bank account. In the words of Dr Seuss, Rhonda says what she means and means what she says. She will be your trustworthy advocate. She will listen when it’s your time and she will
sometimes gently push back when it’s her time. Rhonda brings that old-school, hands on approach before the days of digital real estate marketing, while at the same time, utilizing all of the fantastic tools current technology has to offer. I believe that Rhonda is in this business for all the right reasons, and anyone who finds their way to her as either a buyer or seller should consider themselves fortunate. In a glutted market of greedy turn and burn agents who can be likened to used car salespersons, Rhonda stands out and shines! She is Martha Stewart meets Rosie the Riveter. I will always be grateful for the relationship that developed over the sale of my condo.

Rhonda is great to work with from beginning to end. In our introductory meeting, she asked questions to determine exactly what we wanted to do, got to know us and our home, and answered our questions to her in detail. She supported us step-by-step getting the house ready to sell before listing. Once our house was listed she was on top of every offer and guided us through the decision-making process. Throughout the entire process, Rhonda communicated clearly, was professional and enthusiastic and that made all the difference in selling our house with very little stress and finding the best buyer.
