July 2016 Woodland I moved from out of area and wanted to purchase a new home, the Watson Team was great to work with. It was a smooth transaction with Chris and Rhonda. I had a problem with the builder and they jumped right in and made sure the situation was taken care of. Davis, CA September 2016 The Watson Team assisted us to find the perfect home for our Daughter she was relocating from Southern California to the Davis area with her job. Rhonda helped us view homes and take pictures to send back and forth to our daughter. She assisted us with every step, through all of our inspections and negotiating repairs. We appreciated her knowledge in the area and even after the sale she keeps in contact. Our daughter loves the home, Rhonda listened to what was important for Jenn. Thank you Yen/Keith

March 2017 We are friends Rhonda Watson, we moved down to Temecula area of California. We wanted to use Rhonda for the purchase of our new home, but she is now in the Woodland area. Sept 2016 Rocklin CA I met Rhonda and Chris through a referral. They listed my home in Rocklin, they are so nice and always there for me. We worked through repairs that were needed and then listed my house. They had open houses and always were there for questions to be answered, they met everyone. I would say they earned their money. Rhonda Watson provided me with a level of confidence that helped to make this experience tolerable. I was having medical problems that kept me from being fully involved in the process at all times and she quickly had my back (quite literally!) and made sure that I was updated and understood the ramifications of any delays or changes in buyer issues. August 2016, Met Rhonda on an open house, she was very informative and new the area. We were not ready to purchase but she kept in touch with us and sent us homes to view. It was a few months when our home out of state sold and we contacted her, she took time to educate us in the area and help us pick the perfect home. Her team and her are very responsive and detailed. Loved working with her. We were relocating to area with jobs and she helped us in so many ways.
