First, we made an offer on a new build with a builder who does not pay any realtor fees for sales. That did not stop Rhonda. She negotiated a deal that reduced the cost of our lot by $5000!. Then, she walked through our current home and gave great advice on how to stage the home. After we put things in storage and cleaned out 26 years worth of stuff, we left for vacation. She listed the house the day we left. On our return, there were 3 offers on the table and two more presented the next day. After the highest bidder offer fell through, before calling us with the bad news, she had contacted one of the other couples who had offered a lesser price. She was able to negotiate a higher offer with them, called us with the bad news and then presented the good news. Everything went smoothly with closing and we are now waiting on our new home to be completed. A+ service and professionalism all around. I am recommending her to anyone who will listen to me.
