Man, we really can't say enough good things about Ric Alessio. When my husband and I moved to KC we were 22 and 25. I found him off of a Google search. We used him to buy our first home that was also a new construction. Ric could have taken advantage of our age and lack of real estate knowledge, and our experience in KC would've been completely different. Instead, he took us under his wing, guided us along the way, stood up for us, and treated us like how I imagine he treats his own kids. We have since used him again, and can't really imagine using anyone else in KC. He has went above and beyond every step of the way, Ric is family to us. Thank you for everything Ric!
