With three decades of sales experience, Rica continues to hone her skills for the betterment of her clients. She sought and received her Broker's License, Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.). A firm believer that no one succeeds alone, Rica has retained a business coach for over 10 years in her commitment to sharpen her skills and master her craft to better serve others. She is the go-to resource for all her client’s real estate needs.

Rica enjoys connecting people and she loves helping others. Professionally, she enjoys her work as an Ambassador for the Danville Area and San Mateo Area Chambers of Commerce. She is the Chairman of the Board for Generations United, a non-profit organization that helps the under-resourced community in Redwood City. She enjoys volunteering at Kids Against Hunger in Pleasanton and gives to local and national non-profits, such as CPC Danville, Oakland Leaf, New Roads Retreats and St. Jude’s. Her favorite pastime, however, is watching her son play baseball, doing hula worship and hanging out with her husband.
