We used RG for the sale and purchase of our. Home,. RG was very easy to work with. He listened to our needs and showed us properties that worked for both my wife and myself. RG had a lot to juggling dealing buyers and sellers, but he was at ease on both sides of the transaction making sure that all documents were completed promptly and accurately. RG is also a skilled negotiator getting us appliances from the seller which they had initially intended to take, and negotiating a higher sale price on our home,. He also saved of time by eliminating both inspection and appraisal contingencies. RG is a consummate professional and a joy to work with, so whether you are buying or selling your home we would highly recommend using RG.

Ricardo made our home buying experience less stressful. We explained to him the type home we were interested in. He did the work to find us a beautiful home. We were able to close on our home 5 weeks from the first conversation that we had about purchasing a home. He kept us informed of the progress every step of the way.
