Ricardo Bolanos is the owner/founder of three companies serving Northern Virginia. Potomac Legacy Homes is a premier home builder with average home sale of $1.8M. Solutions Realty Group is a commercial and residential real estate company since 2004 that focuses on sales, leasing, property management, REO sales, asset preservation, and evaluations of non-performing assets. Denali Properties specializes in short term real estate investments.

Mr. Bolanos is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and oversees an office of over 60 associates. Mr. Bolanos began his real estate career over twenty years ago after majoring in Finance at George Mason University and continuously receiving national sales award at a renowned real estate company. As a result, Mr. Bolanos’ ultimate mission is to create a one-stop shop for all related real estate needs in Northern Virginia.

Mr. Bolanos, originally from Ecuador, fluent in Spanish, has made it a yearly fundraising priority to support low-income children in schools across Northern Virginia. Mr. Bolanos serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Capital Bank as well as regularly being on the Board of various real estate developments.
