He also traveled great distances throughout Maryland showing me homes I finally settled on a house in Baltimore County which is great thank you Ricardo Cooper and Samson properties.

What can I possibly say about Ricardo Cooper? First off, as a first time home buyer who went the new construction route, I found the idea of purchasing and building a home daunting. Ricardo was able to guide me through the entire process, teaching me along the way and advocating for the best deal we could possibly secure. Ricardo was prompt, well versed, agile, professional and most of all - operated with a sense of fidelity and integrity mixed with humor - which is fiercely needed in such a competitive housing market. Morning/Day/Evening/Nights I found Ricardo always responsive! Ricardo helped me navigate finding, securing, and closing on the home I wanted.
