Ricardo's interest in real estate has stemmed from being immersed in the industry since his early career with jobs as a construction laborer, architectural drafter, to later real estate print media advertising and most recent residential & commercial lending and realtor positions held. Midway of 2017 he made a shift from the banking industry by attaining both my real estate and mortgage loan originator State of Florida licenses. As well as, launching Move Forward Capital in 2017 offering a full range of alternative business lending products and CRE finance options with more flexibility than mainstream banks.
His commercial lending background from JP Morgan Chase includes: Advanced Credit Analysis, drafting Opportunity Memo’s to present to Underwriters for Commercial Property Conventional, Small Business Administration (SBA) business lines of credit & equipment finance products up to the amount of $15MM. He's gained a significant level of expertise while working on several SBA 7a & 504 CRE and lending programs in conjunction with local Community Development Centers (CDC’s) which made initial investments as low as 10% and an attainable target for small business owners to acquire commercial property and in some cases refinance existing mortgage notes. With the launch of Move Forward Capital he's worked alternative business lending products such as Asset Based Lending, Trade Finance, Factoring, Construction and CRE finance.
