Ricardo is a very professional,knowledgeable ,honest realtor we definitely highly recommend him
He provided me and my partner a tremendous help while selling our place and searching to buy for another place ,the process from beginning to end was timely smooth and easy ,our condo just went under contract in a record time six days only even though there were several other properties in the zone for long time in the market .Ricardo was always there for our questions and concerns .Ricardo is the best realtor in the DMV area !

When I think of what makes a great realtor, it's trust, exceptional customer service, and knowledge of the current and future market trends. Ricardo displayed all three. Ricardo has always been there to help me find a place, and when I found the right one, he worked to help me with closing costs too! The home buying experience with Ricardo was outstanding. I will always go to Ricardo for future buying needs!

Ricardo came highly recommended from a friend of mine who has bought three properties over a few years with Ricardo as her realtor. He's also worked with a few other people I know, all of whom also speak very highly of him.
As first time home-buyers Ricardo was very patient with me and my partner as he showed us countless homes over many, many months. Ricardo's incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we had all the relevant info necessary to make such a big decision and walked us through the entire process.
Buying houses is incredibly competitive in D.C. and without Ricardo's tips on the best strategy to make an offer, I'm sure we wouldn't have gotten our home. We were not even the highest bidders, but thanks to Ricardo's tips on how to make our offer stronger, it was accepted.
Even after we moved into our house, Ricardo sent us information and tips about setting up gas and water accounts and other move-in tasks and did what he could to make an overwhelming process slightly less daunting. Ricardo is very professional but also very friendly and takes genuine interest in his clients to make sure he finds them the best home possible. I highly recommend him.

He walked me through the entire process of preparing my rental property for sale. His recommendation of highly qualified contractors with reasonable fees saved me thousands of dollars.
