He is the true definition of an awesome realtor. There was never a time I would text or call him that he didn’t respond. In sum and substance I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase land, sell their house, or even purchase a house to use Ricardo’s services. My husband found a house he loved in the new Calesa neighborhood and immediately messaged Ricardo. Mind you, we hadn’t been in the mindset of selling our house at all, Ricardo had helped us get our house ready to sell! He set up open houses, provided free coffee for everyone that attended, held our hand through the whole showing process and even answered ALL of our many, many, MANY questions 😄

We were set up to close on a DIFFERENT house in Calesa, since the one my husband originally found accepted a different offer, within 60 days. Ricardo was able to get our house SOLD, over asking price, with about two weeks to spare.

He has held our hand in not only the selling process, but also every single step in the buying process as well. Even drove from Orlando after having an anniversary get away with his wife to make sure our voices were heard at the walk through.

Ricardo is such a stand up guy and always has the interests of his clients at heart. He has so many connections with many different people and always makes it known that he is a phone call away and will find answers to our questions. I’ve already turned on other buyers to him because I believe whole heartedly that he is THE realtor to work with in Ocala!

When my wife and I were buying a home, Ricardo was the only thing that made the experience great. The seller was very unresponsive and would often send us documents with wrong information, but Ricardo would stay on them, making sure they communicate effectively and did what they were supposed to do. Best realtor we have ever used. He was extremely helpful on getting us into our new home and went out of his way to push the builders to get our home done since ours was sold and we had to be out.
