Rich has been a licensed realtor and Broker for two decades, and currently serve clients in the Western Puget Sound area.
His family roots go down deep in Washington State soil. Rich’s mom was born out on the coast, where her dad was the local Sheriff and Game Warden, and eventually became a tugboat captain here in the Puget Sound. One of his first visits to the Kitsap Peninsula came back in 1977, courtesy of Uncle Sam, when he served onboard a nuclear ballistic submarine, the USS George Washington (SSBN598), and we pulled up to the pier at Bangor Sub Base to on-load missiles.
Nearly 25 years later, his own family and made Kitsap County their home, spreading their roots here for generations to come! His family is comprised of my beautiful wife of 35 years, 4 adult kids, and 8 grand kids.
He and his wife are proud residents of Poulsbo WA (Little Norway), a quaint Scandinavian waterfront village, nestled along the shores of picturesque Liberty Bay, where they are restoring/remodeling a 1940's bungalow into our home. They lovingly refer to it as the "Chicken Coop" because the house was originally part of a 5-acre farmstead, and the house is situated on top of where their chicken coop was!
His market area (Western Puget Sound) is rather extensive, where he provides relentless representation and knowledgeable empowerment for his clients of residential properties and vacant land from Gig Harbor in Pierce County, into portions of Mason County, including Belfair, Allyn, Union, Grapeview, and Tahuyah, all of Kitsap County, including Olalla, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Seabeck, Silverdale, Keyport, Poulsbo, Port Gamble, Indianola, Suquamish, Kingston, Hansville, and Bainbridge Island, and over the Hood Canal Bridge into Jefferson County, including Port Ludlow, Shine, Quilcene, Brinnon, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, and Port Townsend.
