We are a husband-and-wife real estate team with decades of experience in real estate, financial services, and sales, we have a hands-on, relentless, every-problem-has-a-solution approach to our business. We are involved at each step of the process as we help our clients make the biggest financial decision and purchase of their lives! We know and understand the importance of getting to the settlement table, working diligently for our clients as we facilitate each transaction with experience and expertise.

As industry advisors and as investors and landlords for over 20 years, we have built both a professional and personal portfolio of experience in real estate. We understand and appreciate the ups and downs of the market especially after going through and being affected by the market downturn and crash of 2008. We endured the long, drawn-out recovery afterwards and joyfully witnessed the upswing in the market once again. We understand the pros and cons of both a buyer’s and seller’s market and how to navigate and negotiate in both.
