I have known Rich Maston, both professionally and personally, for over 30 years. Over that time he has continually impressed me with his honesty, loyalty and work ethic. One of his greatest assets, aside from being incredibly personable, is his uncanny ability to see the bigger picture. Buying a home is about more than just money and square footage. When we were ready to purchase a Florida home we were living out of state. We had been looking for 2 years mostly via the internet. We found a home we thought would be perfect and asked Rich to check it out. He came to the house and checked it out and walked through with a video so we could see everything, long before it was the "in" thing to do. We made an offer without ever seeing the home. Rich and his team took care of everything, including the inspection, appraisal, insurance and closing. We arrived in FL only two days before closing and couldn't have been happier. Although Rich is my son, he is also a superior real estate agent going above and beyond.
