Rich Williams was a tremendous help to us trying to find our perfect home. We were in some tough situations from the loan company we got approved with, the loan officer we originally got set up with, to the supply/demand of houses. Rich was literally our hero. He helped weed out a lot of the extra stress and was very open and honest. He made the experience exceptionally comfortable coming to him with any questions and he provided great insight. Rich took time even off the clock to show us houses and worked with our work scheduling as well. We are so appreciative of the work he has done to get us in our beautiful home! Rich is absolutely not only dedicated to his job but dedicated to people and wants to help people in the best way to suit them and their needs. We couldn't be more happy. Rich has a ton of knowledge and opened up opportunity that we didn't even know about that truly benefited our family in the best of ways. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us in buying our forever home.

Rich is a great realtor, super helpful, willing to teach and guide us through the process of buying a house. This was our first house purchase and Rich made it incredibly easy. He quickly learned our preferences and was able to meet our schedule for various showings. We worked with him for several months until finding the right house. Rich is a great relator. He takes the time to inspect the house with you, and answers all questions. He is honest & will let you know what you need to do to win the house you offer on. We got very creative with our bid, but unfortunately got beat out by an all cash offer. Rich then showed us a surprise house which we LOVED and it fit us perfectly. We were able to get an offer accepted and moved in a month later! Rich is professional, will get you in to tour a house right away, and goes above & beyond to make sure things are good. Highly recommend Rich!

Rich Williams is an amazing realtor!! My fiancé and I were in the market for our first home, and had absolutely no idea where to even begin. rich helped us every step of the way. He ensured to fully explain everything to us and ensured we understood what everything meant. When going through houses, rich went above and beyond to take a look at everything he good. At one point, he even climbed up on a rock to check the quality of the roof out. 3 months into our first home he is still available and assisting us with any questions that comes mazing to work with, very kind and helpful, very responsive and flexible to meet our needs.

Rich made selling our home straight-forward & simple. Given the COVID-19 crisis combined with a 500 year flood in the area we were selling - he made the process as seamless as possible while helping managing our stress as first time sellers! He is extremely personable and did a phenomenal job of handling any issue that would cause us as any type of concern. He constantly reminded us that was a part of his job - and he did it with a smile. He even went as far to help with some household repairs that arose during the process - reminding us that it was all “ part of his job.” Following the sale of our house we were still looking for a home in our new city area and Rich would check in with us weekly just to see if we had found a new home. He invests in his clients and his genuine concern for their well-being is evident by his attention to detail and commitment to the sale of their home.
