About Richard

I was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Florida at the age of 4. Raised in Southwest Florida I enjoyed boating and golfing whenever possible. I earned my finance degree at the University of Florida here in Gainesville. Afterwards I returned to Cape Coral FL and sold insurance with my family’s business for 15 years.

A career opportunity for my wife at our alma mater landed us back in Gainesville in 2014. With my love of our city and the university Real Estate was a natural fit for me here in Gainesville -- I love showing people all our that area has to offer. My wife and I have two children who keep us busy with school activities, Boy Scouts, theater, and family trips to Disney World. I also enjoy pursuing an active Florida lifestyle like golfing, fishing, and cycling.
