Richard Beeman

Richard Beeman’s interest in real estate stretches back to his youth. Bouncing around as an army brat growing up, he experienced many diverse types of housing from Philadelphia, PA to Oahu, HI to Tampa, FL, before settling in Atlanta more than 20 years ago. Since then, he is channeled his passion for real estate into helping others discover the joy in finding the perfect home.

“The beauty of real estate is that it builds a long-standing relationship,” Rich says, “Trust, care, and a commitment to see the buying process through to the end, lets clients know that you are dedicated to making sure that they find exactly what they want. It is more than the deal; it is the journey.”

Richard has helped hundreds of people throughout his real estate career including several players, coaches, and staff of Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC. His passion for soccer is lifelong, playing youth soccer, organizing the Florida State University soccer club, coaching his kids’ teams, and continuing to play recreationally. As an ATLUTD Founding Member since 2015, it is an honor to assist the club.

His mission is to help all people find their dream home while carving out ample time to hang out with his family and enjoy a great concert or round of golf.
