Richard Breen

Breen Realty came from a long list of Irish descendents involved in real estate including Richard's father, uncles, grandfathers & great grandfathers. Richard Breen started real estate in Cambria in 1987 with Coldwell Banker. Richard was a Top Producer until opening Breen Realty in 1994. Prior to his career in real estate, Richard obtained a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling & taught communications courses for 15 years. Richard turned adversity into opportunity after Cambria's 1995 flood which destroyed many downtown businesses. From 1995 on, Richard has continued to be the Top Grossing Commission broker in Cambria specializing in coastal ranches, vineyards, ocean front & ocean view premium homes, and land from Northern Big Sur to Southern San Luis Obispo County. Breen Realty now has an excellent vacation rental program called Breen Vacation Station and plans to expand to long term rentals as well.
