We had an amazing experience having Richard as our realtor! He went above and beyond! We had never seen such a nice, kind and respectful person before! Even my family and friends were praising and said they would use Richard in the future. He helped us every step of the way in our home selling process. Within a few days in the market our house was sold! He made everything hassle free for us! He did an amazing job prepping and marketing our house. Explained everything very thoroughly. Richard was an outstanding realtor! He helped find my parents house right away. We have had many realtors in the past but no one like Richard. He helped us find our new home! He was always available for any questions we had 24/7. He always had a smile and was always patient with my parents questions. Helped us make sure we checked everything and made sure this was what we wanted. He always put us first! He showed us homes all over Southern California, and listened to all our needs and wants. My mom loved having Richard as our realtor, she says he was more like a son than a realtor.

I can’t speak highly enough of Richard as my real estate agent! He is , honest, detail oriented, good with people, and knew the market, making it the perfect fit for me. His professionalism, knowledge, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated. His responsiveness and communication not only helped me through the transaction, but he also made me feel at ease and secure at the most frightening moments. Believe me I called him at every hour and received a response quickly. The property I received was apprised higher than the negotiated price. Without Richards guidance and expertise, I wouldn’t have bought a steal like I did. I would recommend his services to any first-time homebuyer or anyone wanting to expand their portfolio!

Richard is the absolute best. Not only is he an amazing realtor but he is also an awesome human being. After jumping into the housing market, we got a quick dose of realtors that weren't really listening to what we were looking for, quite obviously pushing for whatever sale they could get. Richard was different. He had listings for us right away when we gave him our parameters, and they were actually places we had interest in. When we changed our price range, he was on it. When we changed the areas we were looking, he was on it. Question at 8:30 at night...you guessed it, on it. He was extremely helpful the entire process. When we finally got into the process of purchasing our current home, he made everything a breeze. The sellers had multiple hiccups with their agent, which Richard handled amazingly on our end, making him look even more like a superstar. As good as he was in the home buying process, he was an even nicer person. He was kind at all times, totally sincere in everything he said and just made the whole experience a joy when it could have become a nightmare. He even came by with a gift basket after we had moved in. I know he doesn't live close, so he purposely made that drive just to give us his final congratulations. All around great guy. If we do sell our house in 10, 20 years, I hope Richard is still in the business.
