Richard was born in San Francisco and raised on the San Mateo peninsula. His appreciation and knowledge for the Bay Area is second to none. He attended all of the local junior colleges and finished his studies at San Francisco State University with major studies in economics and marketing. His real estate career has expanded over 29 years with multiple top producer awards, real estate designations, and broker status to better serve his clients.

During this time, he has worked diligently and fueled with a sincere passion for the real estate industry by supporting and guiding friends and family members to realize their dreams of home ownership.
