Richard Chang

He was born and brought up in Hong Kong. Richard and his family immigrated to the United States in 1979. Upon graduation from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1985. Richard is bilingual and fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese( Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghai dialects). Richard kept himself abreast of the real estate market in the San Gabriel Valley. He has absolute faith in the vast potential of the real estate market in this particular area of Los Angeles County. He specializes in residential properties in the west San Gabriel Valley, including San Marino, Alhambra, Monterey Park, South Pasadena, and Pasadena.
