Richard and Marlene have a simple and incredibly positive motto that they live by; "We Believe". They believe in family, challenging work, and achieving their dreams. This includes believing in their clients. Through their diligence, determination, and dedication they strive to surpass all their clients' expectations. They have lived in Orange County all their lives and are deeply knowledgeable of the Orange County and Riverside County real estate markets. Their passion, work ethic, and expertise combine to create a positive experience that produces results for their clients. Marlene and Richard are married and have five children. They work as a cohesive team, Marlene a Realtor and Richard as the Associate / Administrative Assistant.
