Richard Chavis

Richard is a native of North Carolina a place he still calls home today. He grew up in the community of Saddletree where his parents still reside today. Richard is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served. While attending college he found the love of his life and after 20 years she is still his biggest fan as he is hers. He spent several years working in the private sector including companies like IBM Ceridian and Accenture as a consultant. He began his real estate career in PA and there he found his new passion. Prior to moving back home in 2019 he obtained his NC Real Estate License. He and his family currently live up in Cary. Richard is dedicated to helping his clients find their perfect home or even sell their current one.
