Rich loves what he does and takes a genuine personal interest in every client. With long term relationships at the heart of his efforts, he strives for unmatched customer service to absorb the stress of the buying and selling process so that his clients can continue to focus on living their lives and the excitement of change.
A keen sense for facts and figures comes easily to Rich and that has proven to be a great asset to his clients time and again. He has proven to be arguably one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry. With his finger on the pulse of the industry, Rich spends a significant portion of his time researching market trends, home and property features and value, incentives and competitive analysis on behalf of his clients. He has developed a network of solution and service providers from lenders to contractors to seamlessly service his clients’ every need throughout the buying and selling process.
Rich’s service and dedication to his clients and ability to thrive under pressure was honed through his service to his country, serving in the United States Marine Corps. Having grown up in Ohio and following his service in the Corps, Rich moved to Austin, married a fourth generation Texan and is the proud father of two highly energetic, scholastically dedicated young sons. A defining moment in his life was when his youngest was born with special needs, giving Rich a reason to develop an interest in knowledge about schools districts in the area. Likewise, being an active investor in multiple properties in the Austin area, Rich knows nuances of surrounding neighborhoods, land developments and city planning endeavors like the back of his hand.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys reading the Bible, Praying, sports, volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, helping build a Habitat for Humanity Home and Cruising with the family.
