Words cannot express or explain how my initial search for a home lead me to Richard and we didn't look any further than him. His personable demeanor and attention in the details was helpful for me and my wife. You see I am new to this homebuying process and yet Richard was available for all of my questions and even I was being a pain/pest he stayed steady and talked me off the ledge several times. I have known Rich for quite awhile since he helped my sister and her husband buy a house a few years ago. Rich has provided excellent services with his 20+ years of experience as a realtor. I trust him 110% when ever he provided his guidance and always made sure I was comfortable with my decisions before we move forward with putting in an offer, counter offers and so on. I'm a FTHB so house hunting is very challenging but Rich made it seamless and he's VERY VERY patience. I have his number on speed dial when the interest rates drops so we can re-fi. Buying a home for the first time is by no means an easy task. I am thankful for the patience and guidance Rich provided. Once I understood the dynamics of buying we found an awesome house. It was in my possession within 14 days!!

Hands down, the best Agent we've had the pleasure of working with. From the moment we first met with him, till Escrow was closed, Rich and his team were on top of things and answered every question we had. He leveraged whatever resources he had available to get potential buyers in the door. And it worked! Our prior Agent didn't advise us properly on how to price our home, relative to the market. Which led to us reducing price multiple times. Not to mention it ate up precious time as well. Rich came right in, gave it to us straight, and I'm sure glad we trusted his expertise. I have known Rich for the last 10+ years. I have used him every time for my mortgage needs whether it was a refi or a new purchase. He was able to get me a mortgage on a litigation property when no one else was able to help. That ended up being a great investment for me.

He always gets me the best rates and trust me I shop him around. He has always given me good advise when it comes to making decisions on the points that I should buy and when not too. Always transparent and looking for my best interest.

I live in the Bay Area and have never meet Rich in person but I won’t trust anyone else with my mortgage needs.
