Rich was the best! There for us throughout the process for anything and whenever we had questions or concerns about anything day or night. He made the process as smooth as can be. Super easy going and easy to work with from start to finish. He helped us find the perfect house for us and our pup Brooklyn. He was flexible with his time so we were able to see as many homes as we could. Even on a super rainy day he made it possible to see homes. I would use him again if we ever decided to move and I’d recommend him to others. He took care of us all the way to settlement.

Rich was our seller's agent for my Mother-In-Law's home. She had a sturdy brick twin in Northeast Philly, but nothing was updated and each room needed work. I thought we'd put it on the market at around 165K after putting 5K to 10K into fixing it up a bit. Rich looked at comps and knowing the market said 225K was what the selling price should be. He also recommended we get it on the market asap, so we put it up without fixing or updating much of anything.

It went on the market on a Thursday at 11AM. By 6:00 PM we had a bid for the ask. By Saturday we had a bid for 10K more than the ask, no
inspections, cash. Thanks to Rich, my Mother-In-Law walked with 70K more that we expected, and the house was on the market for a total of 2 days.

We could not have been happier with Rich's handling of this sale. As stressful as selling a home and moving can be, Rich helped to make it as easy, fast, and successful as possible. I highly recommend him.

I was nervous to even start looking at a house to buy and my friend recommended a mortgage guy Kenneth Hahnen so I talked with him and he was great then I got approved he highly recommended Rich, they both worked day and night to answer every question I had even if I didn't have a question it was thought if and brought to my attention. I never write reviews but I'm sitting out back MY home and its all because of him and his determination to make sure that my family and me have this.

Rich has been great! He was patient and flexible with our busy schedule during our house hunt. In a short time, he was in tune with what I was looking for and wouldn’t let me spend any unnecessary time in any property that he knew wasn’t going to be a good match. I am so glad that I had Rich as my realtor. I had not bought a house on my own and I was very nervous. I felt comfortable calling Rich as often as I needed help. He also helped with things that I could not do.... taking things off the walls, the use of his coolers, helping me find people to fix necessary items.
