Before founding CRC Real Estate, Richard was with The National Realty Group, Inc. for 9 years as an Industrial sales and leasing agent specializing in SW Houston. Mr. Glass has participated in hundreds of leasing, sales, and investment transactions during his career totaling more than $300,000,000. Richard is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international association for for commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
