We cannot say enough good things about Rich. His style and demeanor are that of a true gentleman. He was genuine from the very beginning and made us feel his number one priority throughout the process, which was not a short one. He made the home buying experience educational and fun. In fact, we look forward to seeing and talking with him every time. We spent over 6 months working and viewing homes with him (yes, we are particular...) and his knowledge about the process made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything. He worked very hard for and with us and found us the perfect home, being our best advocate. His communication skills and professionalism are above and beyond anything we have seen in our professional careers (we both work as physicians). His negotiating skills for us were second to none. His knowledge cannot be encompassed in a short review, but just to say that his attention to details, knowledge about the market and building engineering are superb. Every advice is backed up by great technical explanation or analysis. He continued to help us even after closing with advice and referrals for different tasks for the house. I can not imagine a better experience than ours. While we are extremely happy with the outcome, we miss going with him on weekends to see houses…. Rich is the epitome of a truly outstanding person and realtor!
