Richard Goldstone

Richard Goldstone has lived in the Philadelphia, PA area for 19 years. Goldstone joined the KW Commercial team in June of 2019 and looks forward to the incredible training, resources, and internal expertise of its associates.

Goldstone earned a BA in business and economics at the University of California and has led a 30+ year career in finance, business operations, business development, and project management. Industries of expertise include manufacturing/distribution, insurance services, residential services, and real estate development.

Goldstone is skilled in the multi-family sector, 1031 exchanges, and property management. He has built a real estate development company focusing on small multi-unit apartment buildings and condominium projects.

Beyond his real estate career, Goldstone engages with his local community as a member and supporter of the Share Food Program and the American Red Cross.
