My wife and I knew that selling our home of over 20 years would be an emotional experience and we prepared ourselves as best we could. We met with Richard Hamilton a few months before we thought we would be ready to list our home for sale. Richard toured our home with us and listened carefully to our description of what we expected about the process and specific other details like caring for our two dogs throughout the showing part of the process. Richard was clear, concise, and honest about his experience and recommendations for us to consider to make our home more appealing to potential buyers. Richard made sure we had all the information we needed to make critical decisions and he made us feel comfortable and competent to make those decisions. Richard NEVER imposed his choices on us and worked with us across about six months to get our home ready and SOLD! Our listing went LIVE on a Wednesday and by Sunday evening (yes – only 5 days) we had a solid contract that led to a successful closing and final sale.
