Richard Higgins

Richard Higgins has had the pleasure of being in the real estate business all of his life, nurtured from an early age in the art and science of providing clients with excellent service and results. He’s the fourth generation of the Higgins Family to make this his vocation. He’s been surrounded by exceptional mentors throughout his life, including his aunt, Barbara Corcoran the Emmy Award winning star of ABC's show - Shark Tank.

Born in Ridgewood, New Jersey and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, after receiving his real estate license at eighteen Richard has developed into a knowledgeable and true professional in the industry and is licensed in three states; Florida, Connecticut and New York. Dedicated and thoughtful in helping each client fulfill their unique needs and goals, Richard welcomes the opportunity to assist you in successfully completing your next real estate endeavor.
