Richard Holtom

A graduate of a UK college, he took a job as a contractor instructor working on World Bank funded projects around the world for 12 plus years living in multiple countries including Middle East, Africa & Europe.

He moved to USA in 1989 and a few years later proudly became a US citizen. The Real Estate profession became a natural fit using his technical construction & business knowledge and became a realtor 18 years ago. With Richard’s extensive travel, corporate relocation & ex-pat background, Richard is an excellent choice for relocation clients from the USA and International Transfers/assignments in the USA.

Richard is one of approx. 5% of realtors that has his Advanced Negotiation Certification in Real Estate; an asset representing buyers & sellers in the real estate market. Richard is also a certified Military Relocation Professional.

When not working for his clients Richard enjoys all facets of Woodworking, Wood Turning, Construction Remodeling, Fishing, Travel & Family Activities.
